I’m Writing This  in regards to  problem of Display Picture Not Updating Issue Blackberry

We would appreciate it if you could please provide the below details regarding the issue:

1)      Observed Results

2)      Expected Results

3)      Frequency (steps to reproduce this issue)

4)      Device model/OS version/BBM version

5)      Connectivity (Mobile/WiFi)

If you could also capture a screen shot of the issue you are experiencing, that would be greatly appreciated.

This is a tough issue to diagnose without your BlackBerry logs. If you’re willing to help us, please provide the BlackBerry Messenger logs and Event logs for this issue.

To provide debug event logs please carry out the steps below:

–           From the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, hold the Alt key and then type LGLG.

–           Press the Menu key and click Options.

–           Click the Min log level drop-down list and select Debug Info.

–           Press the Menu key and then click Save.

–           Enter BlackBerry Messenger and reproduce the issue.

–           From the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, hold the Alt key and then type LGLG.

–           Press the BB Menu key and “Copy Today’s Contents”

–           Paste the contents in an email and sent it to me (rianson@rim.com)

Please Note: Collecting this information will provide RIM development with data which is necessary to properly analyze the issue reported and improve our products going forward. This information is not being collected to find an immediate work around to the issue you are currently experiencing on your Beta product.
